What the service is
Say The Thing provides AI-assisted communication rewriting. You enter a message, and the app returns a rewritten version generated with the help of artificial intelligence. You remain responsible for reviewing any output and deciding whether to send it. The rewrites are suggestions, not instructions.
What the service is not
Say The Thing is not legal, medical, mental-health, crisis, or professional advice. It is a communication tool. If you need professional support, please contact a qualified professional or, in a crisis, your local emergency services.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app for unlawful, threatening, harassing, abusive, or harmful purposes. The app includes features that may decline to rewrite certain messages.
Subscriptions
Say The Thing offers an auto-renewing monthly subscription managed through Apple. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID subscription settings: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. Billing and refunds are handled by Apple.
Changes to the service
Features may change over time, and the service may be suspended when needed to maintain security or reliability, or to comply with law.
Limitation of liability
Say The Thing is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Say The Thing and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the app — including decisions you make based on rewritten messages. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim arose.
